Vinificazione
Dopo la pigiatura e la diraspatura, seguono 5/8 giorni di permanenza sulle bucce. Dopo la svinatura malolattica in vasca in acciaio.
Affinamento: in serbatoio d’acciaio fino all’imbottigliamento
Temperatura di servizio: 18° C
At sight has an intense ruby red color, on the nose it is rich with an aromatic range that ranges from fruity notes of blackcurrant, ripe blackberries and plum, on the finish the balsamic and Mediterranean notes of thyme emerge. On the palate, the ripe red fruits explode at the first sip, guided by an important tannic texture, excellent structure, elegant and persistent. It fades long with returns of red fruit and mentholated notes.
